Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead planning and execution of complex technology projects, including ERP modernization and enterprise systems. The role requires hands-on management of plans, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholders across IT and business teams.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in IT project management, PMP certification, and experience with ERP-related initiatives within structured PMO environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience with IT and technology initiatives.
• Experience in structured IT PMO and project governance environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise application or ERP-related projects is strongly desired.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex IT projects from planning through implementation, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations are met.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and status reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, business operations, vendors, and external partners.
• Define project requirements, deliverables, dependencies, timelines, and resource needs with stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation plans as needed.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and executive updates.
