Job summary

CACI International Inc in the United States is seeking an Agile Project Manager III to lead DoD mission-focused Agile execution, guiding program operations, performance management, and business analysis.

You will apply Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, maintain Integrated Master Schedules, risk registers, and dashboards, and coordinate with technical leads and government stakeholders to deliver on schedule, scope, and budget.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Managerial discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of related professional experience in program/project management, business analysis, or program operations support.
• Experience applying Agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
• Experience managing project execution including scope, schedule, and budget oversight.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in business process analysis and performance metrics.
• Experience developing communication strategies and organizational change plans.
• Ability to liaise between technical and functional areas and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Apply Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies to plan, execute, and refine project deliverables.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and stand-ups.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules, resource-loaded plans, and risk registers.
• Support program business and functional operations, acting as a liaison between teams and leadership.
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses and implement process improvements.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to measure execution against QA and PRS standards.
• Coordinate with technical leads, subcontractors, and support personnel to ensure task execution.
