CACI International Inc. is seeking a Senior Android Developer to design, build, and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin and Java for the BEAGLE ASF Team supporting CBP in Northern Virginia.

The role emphasizes Agile practices and rapid delivery of high-performance mobile software. You will collaborate with backend, UX/UI, product owners, and end-users, provide technical leadership, and contribute to sprint planning, code reviews, and deployment activities.

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship with ability to pass CBP background investigation.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems, or related discipline.
5+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years building native Android apps.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain native Android apps in Kotlin/Java with limited oversight.
Collaborate with backend, UX/UI, product owners, and end-users.
Provide technical leadership and design recommendations for the Android platform.
Participate in release and sprint planning, testing, and demonstrations.
Mentor junior team members and perform code reviews.
