Job summary

Boardwalk Pipelines seeks a BSA / Sr. Analyst to join our Houston, TX office. The role involves eliciting and validating business needs, managing enterprise IT projects, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams.

You will design requirements, develop specs, and lead testing activities while ensuring compliance and robust documentation. A background in project management and experience with Jira/Freshservice and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem is valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years overseeing design, development, and implementation of software/hardware solutions
• 3-5 years working knowledge of project management methodologies and leading enterprise IT projects
• Experience with business requirements gathering and documentation
• Ability to develop application specifications and requirements documents
• Knowledge of ITSM and work management tools (e.g., Jira, Freshservice)
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools

Responsibilities

• Research industry practices and technology trends to advise IT stakeholders
• Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business needs of project stakeholders
• Lead the development and documentation of business requirements and specifications
• Serve as Project Manager as needed following Boardwalk IT standards
• Manage multi-stakeholder projects across business areas and vendors
• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases
• Collaborate with users to prioritize issues and enhancement requests
• Participate in on-call support rotation for functional applications
• Develop training materials and deliver training sessions as required
• Help build an application support knowledgebase with documented resolutions
• Escalate issues to IT management and ensure post-resolution follow-ups
• Ensure system and compliance documentation is complete and accurate
• Support business continuity process development and execution
• Perform other duties as assigned
