Job summary

Parts Town is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager (Enterprise Applications) to lead delivery, optimization, and support of ERP, CRM, and integration platforms across the business. You will bridge business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and delivery partners to enable critical processes and reliable enterprise solutions.

You will guide cross-functional teams, define roadmaps, and drive governance, security, and compliance while focusing on performance, data enablement, and continuous

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years delivering enterprise applications.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional projects or delivery teams.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of APIs, EDI, and middleware.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP/CRM initiatives.
• Drive application lifecycle management and roadmaps.
• Oversee integration strategies and data exchange.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate priorities into solutions.
• Manage vendors and third-party technology partners.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and security/compliance.
