Job summary

Boardwalk Pipelines, LP seeks a BSA Sr. Analyst in Houston, TX to oversee IT enterprise projects, gather requirements, and coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives. You will work with Jira, Freshservice, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot to deliver aligned solutions.

Responsibilities include leading requirements, testing, training, and knowledgebase development, with on-call rotation and cross-team collaboration. Bachelor’s degree required; PMP/CBAP or Microsoft certs preferred.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience overseeing design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
3-5 years working technical knowledge of project management methodologies with ability to serve as PM on enterprise IT projects.
Extensive experience with business requirements gathering and documentation.
Developing application specifications and requirements documentation.
Working knowledge of ITSM and work management tools (e.g., Jira, Freshservice).
Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365.
Working knowledge of Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted productivity tools within Microsoft 365.
Ability to manage complex projects across multiple business areas.

Responsibilities

Research latest industry practices and technology trends related to enterprise applications to advise business owners and IT organization.
Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business needs of project stakeholders; interview stakeholders and compile user requirements.
Gather and analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and system requirements.
Lead the definition, development, and documentation of business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications.
Serve as Project Manager using Boardwalk PM standards to plan and drive projects from initiation through delivery.
Manage multi-stakeholder projects spanning multiple business areas, coordinating timelines and vendor relationships.
Design, develop, and perform test plans and test cases for system functionality.
Collaborate with users to prioritize issues and enhancement requests.
Participate in on-call support rotation for functional applications.
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions.
Assist in building a knowledgebase and documenting resolutions.
Contribute to solutions across hardware, software, and processes.
Escalate issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
Ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
Participate in business continuity development and execution.
