Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of complex technology programs.
Drive cross-functional alignment across Technology, Product, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and vendors.
Manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and risks to ensure on-time delivery.
Establish governance, RAID tracking, and executive reporting.
Partner with senior leadership to translate progress into clear decisions and actions.
Oversee budgets, forecasts, and resource planning with visibility to stakeholders.
Mentor junior project managers and drive delivery discipline.
