Job summary

RadNet, Inc. is seeking a Project Transition Manager to lead the onboarding of managed IT services, including Service Desk, Field Services, Network, and Cyber Security.

You will coordinate governance, onboarding, training, acceptance, go-live, and hypercare, engaging clients, delivery leaders, and vendors. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in IT project/transition management, plus 5+ years in outsourced service transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related discipline.
• 7+ years IT project or transition management experience.
• 5+ years managing IT service transitions in outsourced or managed environments.
• Experience transitioning Service Desk, Field Services, Managed Network Services and Cyber Security.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transition programs from project initiation through operational handoff.
• Develop transition plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across Service Desk, Field Services, Managed Network and Cyber Security.
• Drive governance via executive status reporting, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure contractual obligations and Statements of Work are translated into executable operations.
