Qualifications

• Experience with transformation initiatives and/or HR Technology implementation preferred.
• Excellent written and presentation communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure while managing ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Trustworthy with confidential information and able to exercise independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management and/or change management support for projects, including plans and status reports.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop key messages and engagement materials.
• Analyze project data to ensure accurate assumptions and results.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues during projects.
• Document project findings and recommendations, or review vendor/internal documents.
• Manage ad hoc analysis requests related to project data.
