Astreya is seeking a Program Manager in Colorado to drive strategic initiatives from concept to delivery, blending product thinking with disciplined program management. You will own milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring timely delivery across engineering, design, data science, and vendors.

Required are 3-5 years in program or product management, Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Jira/Asana/Trello; familiarity with data pipelines and BI tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Program management rigor across multiple workstreams; Jira/Asana/Trello; Agile (Scrum/Kanban); data visualization (Tableau/Power BI)
• Leadership and interpersonal: cross-functional leadership, decision facilitation, clear updates
• Industry experience: 3-5 years in program/product/related; familiarity with network operations or data center software a plus

Responsibilities

• Requirements and Discovery: Define, document, and prioritize user stories and requirements; voice of the client; acceptance criteria.
• Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap: Develop program vision and roadmaps aligned with client objectives; translate into structured plans with timelines and owners.
• Program Delivery and Accountability: Manage ideation to deployment; milestone planning; risk and blockers; cross-team coordination.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with design, engineering, data science; communicate timelines; lead status meetings and briefings.
• Launches, Readiness, and Adoption: Plan launches; create test plans; ensure user readiness and adoption; phased rollouts.
• Metrics, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement: Define KPIs; maintain dashboards; report outcomes to leadership; post-launch reviews
