Formación

• Bachelor's degree required, in a relevant field.
• 12+ years in technology program, portfolio, project or product management.
• 8+ years leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
• Experience with multi-year programs across teams, budgets and exec visibility.
• Direct Product Owner/Product Manager experience including vision and roadmaps.
• Strong Agile/Scrum/Hybrid delivery knowledge and executive stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain strategic product visions, roadmaps and investment priorities.
• Serve as Product Owner for assigned technology products, guiding lifecycle strategy.
• Develop, refine and prioritize backlogs based on business value and funding.
• Translate business objectives into product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Lead large-scale programs across projects, teams, vendors and functions.
• Prepare executive dashboards and governance materials for leadership reviews.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
