Job summary

DMI, LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a Program Manager to own delivery and customer accountability for DMI's Maintenance and Systems Administration services to House Member, Committee, Leadership, and support offices, and serves as the contract's Authorized Contractor Representative.

The role is the single point of authority to the COR for performance, reporting, staffing, and subcontractor accountability across a Client Work Order model that scales from initial award to nationwide district

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with IT program management.
• PMP certification preferred or required as stated.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Authorized Contractor Representative to the COR, delivering status reports and notifying House of changes.
• Deliver monthly electronic reports to the COR covering network devices, data disposal, call center tickets, survey data, and inventories.
• Meet with the COR monthly to review status, performance, and issues and respond to COR requests promptly.
• Ensure mandatory response and resolution times across DC and district offices with escalation and RCA.
• Coordinate with clients on equipment additions/removals and update COR on storage device data removal and new serial numbers.
• Document proposed Significant Changes and obtain House approval before implementation.
• Manage subcontractor performance against SLAs for nationwide district office dispatch, including on-site arrival verification.
• Own program staffing: plan for new Client Work Orders, present replacements, onboard, and scale surge capacity.
• Operate reporting platform inside House 365, source metrics from the official House system.
• Run governance, maintain risk registers, trigger corrective actions, and submit audit remediation plans.
