Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Eight or more years of progressively responsible technology delivery experience, including at least three years leading federal programs or contracts.
• Experience managing delivery in a federal contracting environment with customer engagement and funding constraints.
• Experience leading complex technology programs in software development, systems integration, IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of complex federal technology programs.
• Maintain accountability for program cost, schedule, scope, quality, staffing, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as primary interface with government leaders, contract officers, stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Translate contracts into an integrated program plan with milestones, deliverables, and performance measures.
• Establish governance, reporting, risk escalation, and change control processes.
• Manage program financial performance with budgets, forecasts and margins.
• Monitor deliverables and SLAs, taking corrective action as needed.
• Direct schedule management across workstreams and dependencies.
• Lead scope, requirements, risks, issues, and change management.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery as appropriate.
• Provide oversight of development, testing, deployment, and production support.
