Job summary

DMI is seeking a Program Manager to own delivery and accountability for Maintenance and Systems Administration services supporting House offices in Washington, DC. You will act as the Authorized Contractor Representative, coordinating with COR and leading staffing, reporting, and subcontractor oversight from award through nationwide deployment.

The role requires 8–10 years of IT service delivery experience, PMP and ITIL credentials, and the ability to manage SLAs across distributed locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT, business management or related field.
• Four years of IT program management experience in lieu of a degree with PMP.
• 8–10 years IT service delivery or program management experience on federal/legislative contracts.
• Named point of accountability to a government COR with formal reporting.
• Experience meeting contractual SLAs across HQ and distributed sites.
• Experience managing subcontractor or partner performance and escalation.
• IT service management practices for incidents, changes, and config in a ticketing system.
• Prior US House/Senate delivery experience, especially Congressional Transition.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms like BMC Helix or ServiceNow.
• Fluency building executive dashboards in Power BI or similar.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Authorized Contractor Representative (ACR) to COR, deliver status reports.
• Provide monthly COR reports including network devices, data disposal, and assets.
• Meet with COR monthly to review performance, issues, and status.
• Maintain mandatory response/resolution times and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate equipment changes and certify data removal, report serials.
• Document Significant Change proposals and obtain House approval where needed.
• Manage subcontractor performance against SLAs for nationwide dispatch.
• Own program staffing, onboard candidates, and scale surge capacity.
• Operate reporting platforms inside House 365 environment for metrics.
• Run risk governance, trigger corrective actions, and submit remediation plans.
