Job summary

DMI is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary contractor point of contact for a federal agency client. You will coordinate tasks, deliverables, and personnel across a multi-disciplinary IT support BPA, overseeing delivery execution, stakeholder communication, and risk management.

Responsibilities include directing task order planning, managing resources and budgets, and delivering status briefs to leadership. Requires US citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience on federal IT contracts.
• Experience briefing senior government executives.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Experience developing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between DMI and government client, reporting performance and delivery status to COR and executives.
• Lead initiation and planning across active task orders with milestones.
• Manage contractor resources, forecast burn rate, and monitor budgets.
• Prepare program status briefings and PMR materials.
