Job summary

Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC) seeks a Program Manager to lead IT service delivery and client relationship management for a large ITIL infrastructure services contract in the United States.

The role requires strategic leadership to ensure contract goals, compliance, and transformative IT initiatives are achieved. The candidate will oversee full IT lifecycle services, cyber security programs, data center operations, and cloud migrations, while maintaining SLAs and managing risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• MBA/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field strongly preferred.
• At least 15 years of infrastructure support experience, with 4+ years supervising projects/teams.
• Experience with fully outsourced IT infrastructure and operations programs in security-conscious environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of IT service delivery and client relationship management for a large ITIL-based contract.
• Represent the contractor in governance meetings and engage client executives.
• Oversee IT lifecycle services including cybersecurity, data center operations, and cloud migrations.
• Drive risk management, contingency planning, and performance improvement across services.
• Mentor teams and promote Scrum, Lean Portfolio Management, and Kanban methodologies.
