• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, business admin, or related field; 17 years experience.
• 10+ years of federal IT program experience including program management.
• Experience managing complex federal IT O&M contracts with performance, staffing, financial, and customer satisfaction responsibilities.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams delivering enterprise IT operations, application support, infrastructure services.
• Strong understanding of federal contracting environments, contract performance requirements and government engagement.
• Budgeting, forecasts, program profitability, and subcontractor relationship management.
• ITIL service management, SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Excellent executive communication, leadership, problem-solving, and relationship management.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and evolving customer requirements.
• Must meet federal suitability and background investigation requirements.
• Certifications: PMI PgMP, PMI PMP, or FAC-P/PM.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day O&M activities including incident management, problem resolution, change management, release coordination, system monitoring, and operational support.
• Ensure high system availability, reliability, security, and responsiveness to customer needs.
• Drive continuous process improvements through ITIL-based service management practices, automation, and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with technical leads to develop and implement strategies for system optimization, modernization, and technical debt reduction.
• Ensure compliance with applicable HHS security policies, federal cybersecurity requirements, and agency-specific operational standards.
• Support effective coordination between operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, application development, and other technical teams.
