Job summary

SAIC seeks an accomplished Infrastructure leader to oversee enterprise IT infrastructure for a large federal department. This role guides modernization strategy, plans, and implementation efforts across >140 personnel and multiple locations in a demanding client environment.

The incumbent will manage service delivery, coordinate projects, mentor teams, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Target salary range reflects market norms for senior federal IT leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 14+ years of experience, or Master's with 12+ years, or PhD/JD with 9+ years.
• 8+ years of management experience in Infrastructure programs or projects.
• 3+ years interfacing and presenting to executives.
• 4+ years managing a program with at least 100 personnel delivering Infrastructure Operations Support Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management and supervision of Enterprise Infrastructure personnel across multiple projects and locations.
• Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and execution of Infrastructure-related service delivery and business growth.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication; resolve conflicts to drive productivity and reduce attrition.
• Oversee a broad set of infrastructure tools and services and guide strategy, engineering, and sustainment.
• Analyze service delivery metrics and configurations; recommend optimal alternatives.
• Guide and monitor information systems operations and troubleshoot data center systems and applications.
• Ensure internal customer satisfaction by aligning IT services with strategic needs and closing gaps.
