Qualifications

• Current, active PMP certification.
• 8+ years of project or program leadership experience in complex technical environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and enterprise-scale IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive project management oversight for complex technical and IT initiatives.
• Build, maintain, and refine detailed project plans and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Track schedules, milestones, resource burn rates, and technical performance metrics.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate stakeholders across divisions.
• Ensure PMI standards, quality assurance, and rigorous documentation.
• Gather requirements and support UI/UX design discussions for new systems.
• Coordinate system acceptance testing and UAT sessions with business staff.
• Produce executive status updates and respond to legislative inquiries.
