Senior Program Manager

Position Overview

We are supporting a large enterprise organization seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, high visibility initiatives across multiple business and technology groups.

This person will own program planning, execution, financial tracking, risk management and executive level reporting. The environment is fast paced and highly matrixed, so the right person needs to be comfortable bringing structure, accountability and clear communication to large programs with shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead complex cross functional programs from planning through completion.

Define scope, milestones, responsibilities, risks and reporting processes.

Coordinate across internal teams, external partners and geographically dispersed stakeholders.

Manage schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks and deliverables.
