The role focuses on program planning, execution, financial tracking, risk management, and executive reporting in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

The position requires 6–8 years of program or project management experience, strong executive communication, and the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, schedules and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 6 to 8 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong executive communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, schedules and risks.
• PMP or related project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross functional programs from planning through completion.
• Define scope, milestones, responsibilities, risks and reporting processes.
• Coordinate across internal teams, external partners and geographically dispersed stakeholders.
• Manage schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks and deliverables.
• Provide regular status updates and presentations to senior leadership.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Adjust plans based on changing priorities, timelines and business requirements.
• Partner with finance and other business functions on forecasting, cost controls and reporting.
• Provide direction and mentorship to project team members.
• Maintain program documentation, performance metrics and executive dashboards.
• Travel occasionally as required, up to approximately 10%.
