Job summary

You will ensure governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement while applying PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methods.

The role requires 7+ years managing complex cross-functional initiatives, vendor oversight, and strong reporting capabilities to executives. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years IT experience with complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience with PMO governance frameworks and multiple technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple IT projects through full lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with Florida Rule 60GG governance and reporting.
• Develop charters, schedules, WBS, risk registers, and status reports.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate across WITS, business units, vendors, and executives.
• Facilitate governance reviews and executive briefings.
