Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of experience in creating and presenting internal/external status reports for Legislature/Steering Committee
• Minimum eight years of experience with Budget and Financial Management, including Cost Analysis/Cost Benefits
• PMP Certification and eight years of project leadership experience
• Eight years with UAT methodologies and documentation
• Eight years of risk tracking, mitigation, and issue tracking
• Eight years using project management software to track and manage projects
• Eight years leading project teams to meet objectives
• Eight years delivering projects on schedule and within budget

Responsibilities

• Provide project management for all technical projects per client procedures and policies.
• Create, maintain, and refine detailed project plans with work breakdown structures.
• Track project schedules and technical performance.
• Lead business and technical teams.
• Assist with resource allocation.
• Coordinate interaction with customers, users, and stakeholders.
• Ensure integrity/quality of project artifacts per PMI practices.
• Provide research/analytic services for systems.
• Meet with program offices to collect user requirements for new systems or enhancements.
• Develop screen layouts and work estimates for system changes.
• Coordinate system acceptance testing with client program offices.
• Develop documentation (diagrams, flowcharts, etc.) and submit to Contract Manager.
• Perform testing on system changes to meet requirements; facilitate UAT.
• Provide management with system status updates; document meetings (minutes).
• Produce work estimates and status reports for implementation of requirements.
• Provide analytical services to identify operational efficiencies for client IT processes.
• Coordinate with Contract Manager to achieve cost savings for Florida state systems.
