Job summary

Randstad Digital Americas in Tallahassee, FL seeks a highly experienced contractor to lead project planning, execution, and reporting. The role requires extensive PMP-aligned practices, UAT, risk tracking, and detailed status reporting for legislative audiences.

You will coordinate with customers and stakeholders, develop requirements and screen layouts, manage budgets and timelines, and produce status updates and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in creating and maintaining project plans with WBS.
• Eight+ years facilitating meetings and documenting outcomes.
• Eight+ years delivering status reports for legislative or Steering Committee audiences.
• Experience with Budget and Financial Management and Cost Analysis.
• PMP Certification with eight years leading projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interaction with customers, users and stakeholders as directed.
• Ensure integrity and quality of project artifacts following PMI practices.
• Provide research and analytical services for systems as directed.
• Meet with program offices to collect user requirements for new systems.
• Develop screen layouts for new systems or enhancements.
• Develop work estimates for system enhancements or new development.
• Coordinate system acceptance testing with program offices.
• Create diagrams, flowcharts, and other documentation as required.
• Perform testing on system changes to meet user requirements.
• Facilitate UAT with department staff.
• Provide system status updates to Department management.
• Facilitate meetings and document meeting minutes; submit to Contract Manager.
• Produce work estimates and status reports for implemented requirements.
• Provide analytical research to satisfy Legislature or Department queries.
• Correspond with project teams and stakeholders about activities and status.
