Job summary

Insurance Administrative Solutions, L.l.c. seeks an IT Project Manager III to lead and deliver moderately complex technology initiatives from initiation to closure in Clearwater, FL.

You will develop detailed plans, manage scope, schedule, and budget, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, and report progress to stakeholders while ensuring quality standards. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 6+ years of IT or project management experience, and PMP/CAPM preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of IT or project management experience.
• Project management certification (PMP/CAPM) desired.
• ITIL or ITSM certifications preferred.
• Experience managing moderately complex technology projects, insurance/healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of information technology concepts and project management practices.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage all phases of technology projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and tasks.
• Control scope, schedule, and costs; monitor milestones and interdependencies.
• Identify, communicate, and address risks, issues, and mitigations.
• Coordinate internal teams and vendors; ensure deliverables meet contracts.
• Generate targeted status reports for stakeholders and leadership.
