State of Maine is seeking a Public Service Manager II to administer statewide policies and manage administrative functions across agencies. The role requires directing multiple programs, supervising staff, and guiding IT strategy under executive management.

Responsibilities include overseeing application support budgets, collaborating with customers to evaluate technology requests, and aligning IT initiatives with agency goals.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in application system analysis and/or programming including a minimum of one (1) year in a working supervisor role.
• Possible substitutions include a Bachelor’s Degree with three years of experience or a Master’s Degree with one year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all application support efforts for multiple departments.
• Coordinate with OIT teams to ensure quality technology service delivery and governance.
