K&L Gates LLP is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to drive major technology initiatives across the firm. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects, collaborating with Directors and firm leadership to meet strategic goals.

The role emphasizes PM excellence, risk management, and stakeholder communications, with a focus on timely, on-budget results and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years in technical project management; law-firm experience preferred.
• PMP Certification required; strong knowledge of MS Project, MS Office and Visio.
• Four-year degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience leading large, complex IT projects and programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform meeting facilitation, issue and risk management, budget forecasting and communication.
• Adhere to the department Project Methodology in all technology initiatives.
• Provide strategic advice on IT processes and organizational effectiveness.
• Manage day-to-day project scope and deliverables; review client-facing work.
• Lead, motivate and coordinate project teams; ensure resources and schedules align.
• Produce reports using the PMO Project tool and maintain project documentation.
