Job summary

KAG is seeking an IT Project Manager III to lead programs that span the breadth of its business units and to provide day-to-day supervision of project managers and business analysts. You will help maintain the Project Management Life Cycle and mentor junior PMO team members.

The ideal candidate will hold PMI certification with at least 5 years of PM experience and strong communication and facilitation skills. Travel up to 25% and proficiency in WorkFront and MS Office are expected.

Qualifications

• PMI or equivalent certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading project teams of various sizes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more programs to meet organizational goals.
• Oversee multiple projects across several business lines.
• Provide direct supervision to project managers and business analysts.
• Identify and assist in developing project management skills in junior team members.
• Prepare executive-level status reports with PMO Manager and PMO Portfolio Manager.
• Evolve the Project Life Cycle to maintain service levels.
• Complete documentation, testing, training and requirements.
• Meet the deployment, development, and training objectives for each project.
• Communicate project status; identify roadblocks and provide solutions.
• Execute change management policies and procedures.
