BlueSky Resource Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead critical technology initiatives that support growth in a fast-moving fiber broadband environment. You will own programs from inception through adoption, collaborating with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value.

8–10+ years of IT program or project management experience.
Experience leading large-scale, complex technology initiatives.
Telecommunications, ISP, broadband, or fiber industry experience preferred.
Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, APIs, and system integrations.
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of mission-critical IT programs in a fast-paced environment.
Manage major technology initiatives including CRM, OSS/BSS, order management, and system integrations.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business processes into technology solutions.
Drive accountability across cross-functional teams and manage risks and changes.
Serve as primary contact for program communications and progress updates.
