Job summary

Forged Fiber seeks an experienced Network Implementation Program Manager to lead end-to-end telecom deployment programs. You will ensure execution quality, timely delivery, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, construction, vendors, and partners.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in telecom or related PM roles, strong analytical skills, and proven ability to forecast, manage milestones, and drive continuous improvement in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in telecommunications or related PM roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong understanding of network design, engineering and construction lifecycles.
• Experience with milestone management, forecasting, vendor oversight and quality control.
• Excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Major and Minor project milestones with real-time status.
• Identify risks, assign ownership, and track mitigation actions.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and SLAs.
• Maintain data across systems and generate concise leadership reports.
• Lead process improvements across engineering, construction, and deployment.
