Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
• Foundational knowledge of telecom, fiber, WAN, or network infrastructure.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service orientation and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a cross‑functional team environment.
• Attention to detail and analytical problem‑solving.
• Ability to interpret schedules, technical docs, and timelines.
• Understanding of Ethernet/MPLS/DIA/fiber technologies.
• Familiarity with fiber construction, OSP projects, and service activation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage network and telecom projects from initiation to completion using standard PM processes.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and resources with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, construction, sales, customers, vendors, and contractors.
• Lead meetings, capture actions, and drive accountability to meet milestones.
• Monitor progress and apply corrective actions to maintain schedules.
• Identify risks and dependencies; develop mitigation plans.
• Manage scope and change control aligned with business needs.
• Track milestones and KPIs; maintain documentation and records.
• Coordinate service implementations, capacity upgrades, fiber builds, and activations.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure successful project execution and service delivery.
