Job summary

AccruePartners is seeking an experienced ERP Administrator to own and evolve the company’s ERP landscape across SAP and Acumatica. This on-site role collaborates with finance, operations, and warehouse teams to translate business needs into efficient ERP workflows and scalable data solutions.

You will drive reporting, governance, and integration projects, supporting growth through acquisitions and platform consolidation while mentoring future leaders within a lean IT environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT, business systems, or ERP administration.
• Hands-on SAP administration experience (SAP B1 preferred).
• Strong SQL Server skills: queries, performance, security.
• Experience building Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Exposure to AI tools and API/middleware integrations.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations and ERP migrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for SAP and Acumatica.
• Manage user access, configurations, integrations, patches, upgrades.
• Partner with finance, operations, and warehouse teams on ERP workflows.
• Develop a roadmap to harmonize ERP platforms during growth.
• Lead ERP workstreams during M&A, including data migration and onboarding.
• Design and maintain reporting in Power BI; evaluate better options.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities to improve productivity.
• Establish governance for applications, data quality, and vendor management.
• Support growth: define processes and assist future CIO/CTO.
