Job summary

Motion Recruitment's client in Peachtree Corners, GA is hiring a full-time Project Manager to drive IT project execution across ERP, integration, and bespoke software initiatives. You’ll own requirements, run readiness tests, and report progress across sprints, with AI-assisted delivery and a focus on delivering value.

You will partner with a Business Process Lead, manage stakeholder communications, and build delivery dashboards to track cycle time, defects, and release readiness.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of IT/software project delivery experience, enterprise/ERP/logistics
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and distinguish real emergencies from loud requests
• Sharp written communication to engineers, executives, and AI agents
• Change management experience: rollouts, cutovers, and keeping business informed

Responsibilities

• Write requirements and acceptance criteria before code exists, consulting the Business Process Lead
• Run the readiness smoke test on every requirement
• Sequence and plan IT work in Jira and Monday: sprints, capacity lanes, dependencies
• Own intake: published path for how work is requested and prioritized
• Build and maintain delivery dashboards refreshed each sprint with metrics
• Own change management and stakeholder communications
