Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Program Manager, ERP & Enterprise Technology to lead large-scale ERP and enterprise application initiatives for a client in the foodservice sector. You will align business stakeholders, IT teams, and partners to drive successful transformations across procure-to-pay and supply chain processes.

The role requires strong governance, KPI reporting, budget oversight, and risk management, with proven ability to guide cross-functional teams and manage complex programs

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ERP experience.
• 7+ years of program/project management experience with KPI reporting and budget oversight.
• Experience with large-scale ERP implementations, integrations, and system transformations.
• Background in supply chain, warehousing, B2B, or related industries.
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred.

Insight Global is searching for a Senior Program Manager, ERP & Enterprise Technology to service one of our clients that specializes in the foodservice industry. This role is responsible for leading and delivering large-scale ERP and enterprise application initiatives across the organization. This role serves as the central interface between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, ensuring alignment across workstreams and driving successful execution of complex transformation programs. The Program Manager oversees program planning, execution, and reporting, with a strong focus on supply chain and procure-to-pay processes, while managing timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies. This individual also plays a key role in guiding cross-functional teams through enterprise system implementations, integrations, and process standardization efforts to achieve strategic business outcomes

• Strong experience with large-scale ERP implementations, integrations, and system transformations (Oracle, JD Edwards, NetSuite, SAP)
• Background in supply chain, warehousing, B2B, or related industries
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate with both business and technical stakeholders
• Experience in change management and leading organizations through complex transformations
• Strong financial and business acumen, including budget and cost management
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and executive-level reporting across programs
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills - PMP or PgMP certification
• Experience driving process standardization and operational improvements
• Experience with opportunity analysis and continuous process improvement initiatives
• Exposure to global program delivery and cross-regional coordination
• Experience partnering with third-party vendors and implementation partners
• Leadership experience guiding diverse teams and influencing senior stakeholders
