Stellent IT LLC is seeking a Sr. IT Project Manager to lead, plan, and execute enterprise initiatives within the EPMO.

The role oversees 5M+ programs across 15-50+ stakeholder groups, driving governance, reporting, and risk management for complex workloads involving mainframe, DB2, and operations teams. The successful candidate will coordinate across multiple work streams, deliver executive-ready dashboards, and partner with vendors and internal teams to improve stability and reduce operational

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in technical project management or related IT program management.
Experience with cross-functional forums, governance cadences, action-item tracking, and executive-level reporting.
Experience with mainframe, DB2, and enterprise operations environments is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical issues into business impact.

Responsibilities

Own governance, planning, facilitation, and follow-up for enterprise project forums.
Coordinate across mainframe, DB2, operations, infrastructure, and vendor teams for workload and stability.
Maintain centralized risk, issue, and action logs; drive timely follow-up and leadership communication.
Prepare concise executive summaries, dashboards, and decision logs for leadership.
Identify opportunities to improve forum discipline, reporting, and accountability.
