Job summary

Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced Program/Project Manager to oversee IT programs, projects, M&A integration activities, and steering committees. You will own end-to-end delivery of initiatives with global scope, balancing tactical execution with strategic alignment to business goals.

Responsibilities include leading multiple concurrent projects, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, enforcing SDLC and IT policies, and reporting to executives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing and managing concurrent projects in a complex, multi-brand, multi-platform and multi-region environment.
• Hands-on in support of implemented technology solutions.
• Experience leading pre- and post-acquisition technology integrations, including TSA transitions and exits.

Responsibilities

• Provides Program and/or Project Management Leadership for multiple concurrent projects.
• Managing cross-functional roadmap with alignment to business strategy and needs.
• Manages full life-cycle of a project.
• Ensures proper resources are assigned to defined tasks.
• Includes coordination with internal teams and 3rd party vendors.
• Adherence to SOX, SDLC and IT policies and procedures.
• Manage and report project budgets and run-rates; escalate financial concerns.
• Provide regular project communication and status reporting.
• Maintain project status, plans, issues, logs, and budget run-rates.
