Job summary

CLA is seeking a Senior Project Manager - EPMO in St. Louis to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects with IT impact.

The role emphasizes establishing clear communications with stakeholders, MPs, executives, vendors, and cross-functional staff to ensure timely, on-budget delivery. Ideal candidates bring multiple years of project management experience, PMP/CSM is preferred, and a Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience required; 2 years of project management and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• 7 years of relevant experience preferred; 5 years of project management and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required (education + experience may count as degree equivalence).
• PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: develop plans to support internal deployments, ensure progress on schedule and within budget, define scope and objectives, track risks and issues, manage budget and resources.
• Relationship Management: lead a diverse project team, establish stakeholder communication channels, ensure concerns are addressed, coordinate with MPs, executives and vendors.
• Provide timely updates to key stakeholders and ensure collaboration across internal and external teams.
