DSM-H Consulting is seeking an IT Project/Program Manager to lead IT programs that integrate services across our application portfolio and enterprise systems. You will work with the Application Program Management Team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with strong architecture, security and adoption practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 8+ years of project/program management experience.
• Master's degree preferred with 6+ years.
• Certifications: CSM, PMP, Change Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management across multiple agile teams.
• Develop project charters, schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Coordinate with product owners and stakeholders.
• Drive risk mitigation and proactive decision making.
• Manage cross-functional teams across US, India and Slovakia.
• Provide regular status updates and governance to leadership.
