Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in insurance, information technology, business administration, or related field.
• Experience with SAFe or similar Agile delivery methodologies preferred.
• PMP designation highly preferred or encouraged.
• Combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Continuous learning as defined by Company learning philosophy required.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages core corporate projects, including people, budgets, resources, planning, risk management, communications and vendor management.
• Publishes weekly status reports and updates the project dashboard.
• Leads and ensures successful completion of large IT projects within the portfolio.
• Mentors teams on resource allocation, project prioritization, risk, scope and budget management.
• Maintains confidentiality and professional standards.
