Role requires multi‑year healthcare experience, PM exposure, and strong skills in PowerPoint/Excel. You will prepare reports for leadership and translate data into actionable strategies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Four or more years of experience in a related field.
• Two years of BCBSM experience to understand business systems.
• Project Management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of competitors, techniques and methodologies.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently within a team and interface with all levels.
• Understand and apply basic financial analysis and modeling.
• Ability to gather/analyze data and create visualizations.
• Knowledge of key business metrics (financial results, membership, HMO market).
• Ability to create engaging presentations and maintain enterprise relationships.

• Responsible for identifying, collecting, analyzing, and maintaining data to evaluate issues that affect profitability, growth, and productivity of corporate initiatives.
• Coordinate projects for senior management.
• Develop, design, and administer methods to assess operational effectiveness.
• Identify, analyze, and monitor issues/trends to support long-term goals and strategic objectives.
• Maintain knowledge of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Coordinate, direct and monitor assigned projects with effective planning and organizing.
• Communicate findings to management via reports and presentation materials.
• Recommend and implement strategic solutions to achieve corporate goals.
• Provide expertise and guidance to other employees as required.
• Prepare reports and presentation materials for Performance Office and senior management meetings.
• Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate meetings with key stakeholders during planning cycles.
