The role requires 10+ years of enterprise IT program management, PMP certification, and ITIL foundations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field; MBA or MS preferred.
• 10+ years of Enterprise IT Infrastructure Program Management.
• Experience managing data centers and large-scale IT environments.
• PMP certification required; ITIL foundations required; advanced ITIL is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Manages cost, schedule and technical performance of programs.
• Negotiates contracts and changes; meets SLAs, KPIs, and other metrics.
• Leads customer reviews and coordinates budgets, proposals, and statements of work.
• Provides risk management, staffing plans and vendor coordination.
