Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Technical Service Delivery Director to lead a growing portfolio of Federal Civilian programs, reporting to the Vice President, Programs. You will guide cross-functional teams in cloud, IT modernization, development, and security to deliver on contract requirements and client objectives.

The role emphasizes program execution, organic growth, staff leadership, and ensuring compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST 800-53, and related standards

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience, including at least 10 years in service delivery excellence.
• Active Secret clearance required to be considered.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead program teams for successful execution, organic growth, and strong service delivery within the portfolio.
• Supervise technical and administrative staff and conduct hiring and performance evaluations.
• Direct program activities to meet client and organization objectives and coordinate with clients.
• Ensure quality of program products and deliverables through reviews, audits, and site visits.
• Collaborate with portfolio VP to ensure programs meet client objectives and maintain high CPARs.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and administer subcontractor deliverables.
• Develop, review, and approve program plans, schedules, and consulting agreements.
• Prepare reports and technical reviews for senior management on request.
• Facilitate Innovation sessions for programs and senior leaders.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and government policies and standards.
• Mentor and coach teams to build high-performing units.
• Demonstrate ability to lead high-value, high-complexity programs with P&L responsibility.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, governance routines, and delivery performance mechanisms.
