Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex technology programs or PMO functions.
• Proven experience managing large-scale technology initiatives in financial services.
• Strong expertise in scope definition, planning, budgeting, risk management and delivery governance.
• Knowledge of Capital Markets products and associated Credit Risk.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Experience establishing PMOs, delivery frameworks, and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a portfolio of technology programs with objectives, timelines and budgets.
• Establish program governance, scope, stakeholder engagement and delivery standards.
• Oversee PMO structures with clear ownership and accountability.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to align priorities with objectives.
• Monitor performance, risks, dependencies and financials; take corrective action.
• Review milestones, deliverables, and completion plans to ensure sustainable solutions.
• Promote transparent reporting and cross-team collaboration across regions.
• Support enterprise initiatives through knowledge sharing and improved delivery practices.
