You will communicate effectively with senior leaders, develop governance materials, and drive continuous improvements in program management processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing technology programs, project portfolios, or PMO functions.
• Experience delivering large-scale technology initiatives in financial services or regulated industries.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate technology programs to deliver objectives, timelines, budgets, and business outcomes.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to align priorities with strategic goals.
• Track program performance, budgets, risks, dependencies, and milestones; address issues.
• Ensure deliverables meet business requirements and support long-term operational sustainability.
• Prepare and maintain program governance materials, status reports, and executive updates.
• Facilitate communication across project teams, business groups, and technology partners.
• Promote consistent delivery practices and contribute to process improvements in PMO.
