Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex technology programs, project portfolios, or PMO functions.
• Experience in financial services, banking, or regulated environments.
• Strong governance, delivery oversight, and reporting structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of technology programs ensuring objectives, timelines, budgets, and outcomes are met.
• Establish program governance frameworks and PMO structures across workstreams.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to align priorities with strategic objectives.
• Monitor performance, risks, dependencies, and financials; take corrective action as needed.
• Review milestones and deliverables to ensure sustainability and compliance with requirements.
• Provide transparent reporting to senior leaders and stakeholders.
