NTT DATA, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Technical Program Manager with senior business consulting experience to lead technology initiatives and ensure on-time delivery across multiple workstreams.

You will partner with technology and business leaders, design program operating models, manage risks, budgets and executive reporting, and travel as needed to client sites to drive success in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of technology delivery experience.
• 5+ years of technology or business consulting.
• 10+ years of Project Management experience in a technology environment.
• 5+ years of Program Management experience in a technology environment.
• Initial ability to travel to client locations at least 50% of the time for project delivery work.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to direct reports and oversee strategy, planning and implementation of technology initiatives.
• Partner with technology and business leaders to develop program execution strategies, plans and timelines.
• Define and implement an effective program operating model and governance to drive delivery consistency across workstreams.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.
• Proactively monitor risks and issues and escalate to minimize impact on schedule.
• Facilitate program meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Create and monitor program-level communication, quality and change management strategies.
• Manage deadlines, budgets, delivery and acceptance of program deliverables.
• Adhere to project management and technology delivery lifecycle processes and guidelines.
• Document client problem statements and impacts; define complex business/technology solutions.
• Create client presentations and proposals with clear recommendations.
