Qualifications

• 3+ years in full-cycle agency or professional staffing recruiting, IT/tech preferred.
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding recruiting goals.
• Strong direct sourcing beyond job boards.
• Ability to qualify candidates, build trust, influence decisions and close.
• Experience with multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Healthcare IT or analytics recruiting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own requisitions from intake through placement and start.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates.
• Use Bullhorn, AI tools, LinkedIn, and job boards to build pipelines.
• Translate client requirements into targeted searches and messaging.
• Evaluate candidates for qualifications, motivation, compensation, and availability.
• Conduct consultative interviews and prepare persuasive submissions.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and manage counteroffers.
• Close placements while meeting deadlines and staying compliant.
• Maintain accurate records and relationships through the process.
• Share market intelligence and support less-experienced recruiters.
