You bring 5+ years of IT procurement experience, strong SAP/Ariba familiarity, and a proven ability to optimize costs while maintaining supplier relationships in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Experience purchasing IT hardware, software, cloud solutions, licensing, and services.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and supplier agreements.
• Familiar with procurement best practices and vendor management.
• Experience with enterprise procurement and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for IT-related purchases, including hardware, software, licensing, maintenance, and professional services.
• Collaborate with internal business units and IT teams to understand purchasing requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and recommend supplier selections.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and strategic suppliers.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, contracts, and purchasing procedures.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to pricing, delivery, quality, and service.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supplier consolidation.
• Maintain accurate purchasing documentation and procurement records.
• Support contract renewals, software licensing, and technology lifecycle management.
