Qualifications

• Five years of experience in purchasing or related office operations may substitute for formal education.
• Ability to research and resolve issues through system workflow procedures.
• Demonstrated written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent value analysis and cost-price reasonableness analysis.
• Assist requesters with entering data into financial programs for approval.
• Evaluate vendor solutions for best value to the agency.
