Job summary

Divergent is seeking a Lead Global Supply Manager for IT & Indirect Procurement to lead sourcing and supplier management across IT spend, including software, SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity, hardware, and IT services. This on-site role requires strong IT procurement experience and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, indirect procurement, or category management with IT procurement focus.
• Experience independently negotiating multi-year enterprise software, SaaS, and technology agreements.
• Experience sourcing indirect categories beyond IT.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills with clear communication with internal teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Plan sourcing activities with IT leadership around technology needs, projects, and budgets.
• Lead IT sourcing projects from requirements to contract execution and renewal.
• Negotiate software, subscriptions, cloud services, and IT services with Legal and requesting teams.
• Review pricing, licensing options, usage, and renewals; address terms and costs during negotiations.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities and consolidate suppliers, while managing supplier performance.
